Movie Plot:
An ex-cop turned con threatens to jump to his death from a Manhattan hotel rooftop. The nearest New York Police officer right away responds to a screaming girl and calls dispatch. A lot more Officers arrive with SWAT and tactical command along with fire-fighters. The police then dispatches a female police psychologist personally requested to speak him down from the ledge. Even so, items are not as simple and clearcut as they appear to be.
A man checks into a hotel and then goes out onto the ledge. Individuals then begin gathering beneath to see what he will do. The police are known as in. The guy says he will only talk to Detective Lydia Mercer, a police negotiator. Mercer's last negotiation didn't finish properly. When she arrives the guy refuses to come in. They ultimately discover he's a cop who was convicted who stealing a beneficial diamond, which he denied. It appears he just escaped from prison and he says he's trying to show his innocence.
